IF
IF accompanies Lucy in her fight with the villain. He is the sidekick and imaginary friend of Lucy. As a sort of “big brother” to Lucy he is her big fluffy protector and somewhat arrogant supporter.
He is a shape shifter that cannot willingly change form as he sees fit. At the beginning of each dream he takes on a random appearance which he stuck with until Lucy awakens.
Although he doesn’t always have the right thing to say he encourages her ceaselessly when she feels constricted by her worries.
Little note: As well as cool appearances such as griffons and swords IF can sometimes end up as ridiculous objects such as toasters or a dandelion. He says he finds it degrading when the guardian has to endure hours in such forms.
